Good to know

Frequently asked

Booking, weather, children, the boat — everything guests actually ask, answered plainly.

Booking & payment

How do I book?

Choose your tour, pick a date and number of guests, and complete the booking online. You receive confirmation by email immediately. You can also send us a message on WhatsApp and we will hold a date for you.

When do I pay?

Card payment is taken at the time of booking. If you would rather pay a deposit or settle in cash on the day, message us and we will arrange it.

Can I change my date?

Yes, free of charge up to 48 hours before departure, subject to the boat being free on the new date.

What is the cancellation policy?

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before departure, full refund. Inside 48 hours we charge 50%. If we cancel for weather, you get a new date or a full refund — your choice.

Do you take groups larger than 11?

Not on one boat — eleven is the licensed limit. For larger groups we work with two trusted local operators and can coordinate a second boat.

On the day

Where do we meet?

On the Trogir Riva. We send the exact pontoon and a map pin with your confirmation, and your skipper messages you the evening before.

Can you pick us up somewhere else?

Yes — Split, Čiovo, a villa jetty or a hotel pontoon. Tell us the address when booking; there may be a small surcharge depending on distance.

What if the weather is bad?

Safety decides, and we decide early — usually the evening before. You are offered an alternative sheltered route, a new date, or a full refund.

How late can we stay out?

Full days are seven hours, roughly 09:00 to 16:00. Half days are five hours, 09:00–14:00 or 14:30–19:30. Extending is usually possible if the boat has no booking after you — ask your skipper in the morning.

Is there a toilet on board?

Not aboard, but every stop on every route has facilities ashore, and stops are never more than about 40 minutes apart.

Guests & comfort

Are the tours suitable for children?

Yes. Swim stops are in calm, shallow bays, life jackets in children's sizes are aboard, and private charters can be shaped around naps and meals. Children 2–11 pay 50% on per-person tours; under 2 travel free.

I am not a strong swimmer. Is that a problem?

No. The Blue Lagoon is one to four metres over sand, and you can hold the ladder or wear a jacket at any stop. Tell your skipper and he will pick the shallowest bays.

Is lunch included?

No. Lunch and any drinks ashore are ordered and paid at the konoba — they are never part of the charter price. We provide bottled water aboard.

Can we bring our own food and drink?

Yes, and there is a fridge aboard — bring whatever you like. We provide bottled water; other drinks are not included. No glass bottles, please.

Do you get seasick often out there?

Rarely — these are short hops between sheltered islands, not open-sea crossings. If you are prone, take a tablet 45 minutes before departure.

Is smoking allowed?

Not in the cabin or under the bimini. Ask your skipper and he will point you to the stern.

The boat & crew

What boat do you use?

A Solemar 25 Offshore with a 300 hp engine, registration 251215 TG, licensed for eleven guests. Bimini shade, bathing ladder, fridge and freshwater shower.

Who is aboard with us?

A licensed, experienced local skipper who grew up on this coast — one crew, every trip.

Is the boat licensed and insured?

Yes. Fully licensed with the Croatian Register of Shipping for commercial passenger transport, with third-party liability insurance for all passengers.

Can we drive the boat?

No — insurance and licensing do not allow it. Your skipper will happily explain everything from the helm.

Still unsure?

Message us on WhatsApp — in season we answer within the hour, usually much sooner. No booking pressure.
