The day we run more than any other, and the one we would book ourselves. Seven hours, three stops, each with a different character, and enough time at every one that nothing feels rushed.
We leave the Trogir Riva at nine and go straight for the Blue Lagoon, because the whole shape of the day depends on getting there first. Between roughly eleven and three that basin fills with excursion boats; at half past nine it is turquoise, quiet and yours.
From there we cross to Maslinica on the western tip of Šolta — a stone harbour, a small marina, seven islets scattered offshore and the best waterfront in this part of the archipelago. You can walk it in ten minutes or swim off the boat in the channels between the islets.
The lunch stop is Borko on Čiovo — a family-run konoba in a sheltered bay where the boat ties up and you step straight ashore. Grilled fish, shade, no timetable. Food and drinks there are ordered and paid at the konoba: they are not part of the charter price. We take the long way home with the afternoon light behind us.
It is a private charter, so all of that is a proposal rather than a schedule. Tell your skipper in the morning what kind of day you want and he will rebuild it on the water.
